Kate Honig has 6 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and was originally trained at the Swedish Institute in New York City. She specializes in CranioSacral Therapy and has also studied SomatoEmotional Release with the Upledger Institute. Kate incorporates Energy work into all of her sessions, she listens to what the body is telling her and supports the body to a state of deep relaxation and healing. Her work is holistic, bringing the central nervous system into the parasympathetic state where healing, detoxification and restoration can begin.
